Efi Richter believes that people are a business’s only strategic advantage and that everyone deserves to be coached and to work in a great workplace. This belief drives her passion for supporting people to reach their full potential as they journey through complex change and cultural shifts. She is motivated to make a difference through helping people to find their purpose, and the values that guide them, empowering them to leave the legacy they want.

Foreseeing the shifts and future requirements for a dynamic workforce, 8 years ago, using her commercial and business understanding with her commitment to growing and empowering people, she reinvented her career in the People & Culture space. 

Efi has held Executive leadership and board roles in Australia for global company’s MediaCom and Mediabrands.

As Chief Talent Officer, she led the centralized Talent function across the complete talent lifecycle, and was a member of the Global HR & Talent team, with strategic influence across the development of people initiatives and engagement aligned to key global business imperatives.

Efi is at her best building and advocating people and culture strategies through bespoke solutions, facilitating leadership development, one on one coaching and mentoring. She is committed to supporting the whole person covering wellness and flexibility as part of the empowerment journey.
