Joshua Soo is a leadership facilitator. He designs and delivers customised leadership and organisational development solutions, including leadership programs, team effectiveness initiatives, facilitated strategic workshops, and conceptual design plans to build the organisation’s leadership pipeline and bench strength.

As an instructional designer and facilitator, Joshua integrates global thought leadership and best practices into program design and delivery, so leaders engage in conversations that matter most to leadership against the backdrop of the organisation’s present and future prosperity. He has expertise with challenging the individual’s existing mindset to deliver new insights that inspire new ways of thinking and reinvent new patterns to lead.

Joshua has worked with clients including: Disney Hong Kong, BHP Billiton, Caltex Petroleum, Aviva Group, Philips, Commonwealth Bank Australia, Macquarie City Campus, University of Technology Sydney, Brady Corporation, Australian Hearing, Laing O’Rourke, Aussie Home Loans, Samsung, Oz Mineral, Colonial First State and Bis Industries.

Joshua has a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing and Finance) and a Master of International Law from the University of Sydney.
