Cindy Sciberras background includes being a print journalist, former political reporter and communication specialist who has worked in the communication field for more than 25 years.

Cindy has held senior positions in the media and high-level management roles in corporate communication, change management communication, and crisis and issues management.

Most of her recent work has been in the NSW public sector, most recently at Senior Executive Service level, with a focus on communication in the areas of education, disability, community services, sport, youth, veterans’ affairs and health and well-being. She regularly works with organisational leadership to help them better engage their employees.

Cindy has also worked in the not-for-profit and private sectors. She has recently been assisting a leading communication consultancy that operates in the planning, transport, infrastructure, health and education sectors.
She enjoys facilitation and training as well as coaching and mentoring staff and others to find their strengths, follow their passions, and achieve their goals.

Cindy has a passion for community and is an active volunteer, finding time in her busy schedule for a number of causes including public education, employment rights for people with a disability, and local neighbourhood causes and charities.
