In the Mental Resilience program will learn how rest your mind through very simple yet powerful exercises.
This course is split into to parts we call it the WHY and the HOW.
The WHY will be short video clips that will help you understand your mind.
The HOW will be a 2 minute practice session. There are 2 options for the practice session. One with music and the one without.
The key to this program is making sure you practice for at least 2 minutes every day. I wish you all the very best in your program.
