
Overview of Momentrs: The Mentor Movement Program
The Mentor Movement offers a comprehensive training experience, beginning with a one-day intensive program. This foundational training is further enhanced by a six-month online coaching program, culminating in membership within a vibrant Mentoring Community.
This program will equip mentors with skills on how to build emotional mastery in themselves and their mentees. The purpose of this program is to build mental wellbeing, emotional mastery, and the ability to navigate complex life challenges so as to eliminate violence to oneself and others.
Key Learning Outcomes
By the end of the program, mentors will have a thorough understanding of the role of neurotransmitters in mood regulation and the impact they have on relationships and emotional well-being.
They will also be equipped with practical strategies to balance DOSECAT and manage stress. Additionally, they will learn the art of having deep and meaningful conversations, including the untangling, healing, and evolution conversations. These skills will not only benefit their mentees but also their personal and professional relationships, allowing them to create more fulfilling and purposeful lives.
Skills for Mentors
Upon completion of this training program, mentors will have a set of skills that will enable them to help mentees understand mental and emotional challenges they are experiencing and conduct meaningful conversations with their mentees.
They will learn how to create a safe space for mentees to express themselves, how to empathically listen to their mentees, and how to facilitate a conversation that untangles, heals and evolves.
