Situation:
- Accelerate their identified high potential emerging leaders
- Needed to equip the next generation of leaders to cope with change in business environment
- No established leadership program
Challenges:
- Low confidence of ability to make a transition from management to leadership position
- Some participants were experiencing low self-awareness and business acumen
- Lack of time to participate in programs
Resolution:
- A high potential emerging leaders program was designed and implemented
- Solution included face to face leadership development plus also included and e-learning solution which was conducted over a six month time horizon
Outcomes:
- Participants progressed through the program without loss of productivity
- Progression was monitored and measured through the Kirkpatrick model
